Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 5a55 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile interface, and all services offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 5a55 (the "Company"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 5a55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always accessible on this page.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register for and use the 5a55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable minimum age requirement that applies to all Players without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be residing in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming and/or sports betting is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 5a55 or any of its affiliated companies.

5a55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. If a Player is found to have registered or used the Platform while ineligible, any winnings generated during the ineligible period will be voided and the account will be closed. 5a55 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an ineligible Player.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the 5a55 Platform, you must register an account. During registration and at all times thereafter, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will update this information promptly if it changes.
• You will maintain only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• You will notify 5a55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 5a55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• 5a55 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification at any point, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of account activity.

5a55 treats the account holder as the sole authorised user of the account. Any activity conducted through an account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is the full responsibility of the registered account holder.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions made through the 5a55 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is subject to change without notice. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, Rocket wallet, Upay wallet, or bank account) that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to 5a55's verification requirements. 5a55 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 5a55 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by the payment provider (e.g. bKash transaction charges) are the responsibility of the Player and are not reimbursed by 5a55.
• All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5a55 does not apply currency conversion charges; your balance is always displayed in BDT at the rate at which it was deposited.

Winnings resulting from a deposit that is subsequently found to have been made fraudulently or from a third-party account may be voided and the relevant funds returned to their source. 5a55 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies in investigations of fraudulent transactions.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

5a55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that accompany each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering and withdrawal requirements.
• 5a55 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time where 5a55 reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the bonus system.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Multiple accounts created to claim a bonus more than once are a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• 5a55 does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus or promotion. Bonus offers may be withdrawn, altered, or replaced at any time without prior notice.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those relating to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to the same general bonus terms above, plus any additional terms stated at the time of the relevant promotion. Players are responsible for reading all applicable terms before claiming any promotional offer.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 5a55 Platform are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 5a55 system and a bet ID has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account.
• 5a55 reserves the right to void bets where the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical fault, data error, or force majeure event (including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or provider-side server failures).
• Cricket betting markets — including match winner, top batsman, total runs, and in-play markets for BPL, IPL, and international fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or by real physical dealer actions, as applicable. The results produced are final. No refunds are made on completed rounds except where a verified technical fault caused an incorrect outcome.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or market page. 5a55 reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, loopholes in game logic, or pricing errors in odds to gain an advantage constitutes abuse and will result in the voiding of affected bets and possible account suspension. 5a55 does not consider any bet placed in circumstances of clear pricing or system error to be a valid bet.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

5a55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place for the protection of all Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may activate session time alerts that notify them at set intervals during a gaming session, helping them monitor the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Age verification: 5a55 applies strict age verification to all accounts. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds returned.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5a55 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any associated balances forfeited:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment method for deposits.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including but not limited to match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in connection with any bonus or withdrawal claim.

5a55 reserves the right to take legal action against Players whose prohibited conduct causes financial harm or reputational damage to the Company. Cooperation with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally is part of 5a55's compliance obligations.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5a55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 5a55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of 5a55.

The 5a55 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in advertising, social media, or any other public-facing medium — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5a55 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or any other reason.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where 5a55 has taken reasonable steps to implement account security measures and where the unauthorised access resulted from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if 5a55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of services caused by circumstances beyond 5a55's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, infrastructure failures, or third-party provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5a55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, 5a55's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Section 11

Privacy and Data Protection

5a55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact 5a55 regarding data privacy matters.

5a55 uses SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform (e.g. payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers) and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

5a55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5a55 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — which may include a notice displayed on the Platform, an in-account message, or an email notification sent to the address on file. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account. Any bets placed or transactions completed before the effective date of an amendment remain subject to the Terms that were in force at the time.

Section 13

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction from which the Platform operates. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 5a55, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 5a55's customer support team. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] as the first step in any dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of the Player's initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through available legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
